All coaching sessions are conducted online via secure video platform.
Can I use insurance for coaching?
Coaching is typically not covered by insurance.
Is this only for couples?
No. While most of my coaching clients are couples, I also work with individuals who want to transform their relationship with themselves, understand their patterns, heal attachment wounds, or prepare for a healthy partnership. The work is just as deep and transformational—whether you're doing it solo or with your partner.
What's the difference between counselling and relationship coaching?
Therapy may include psychological assessment and treatment for mental health conditions. Coaching focuses specifically on your current relationship issues and practical solutions to transform them. We still go deep into your patterns and attachment wounds—but we do it with a forward focus and clear tools for change.
