But at home?
You're walking on eggshells or sleeping in separate rooms.
Perhaps one of you has checked out while the other desperately tries to fix things. You've tried date nights, read the books, maybe even done therapy before with limited results. You're wondering if this is just what marriage feels like now.
Here's the truth:
You're not failing. But skills that help you excel in the workplace are entirely different from what is needed to succeed in a relationship. You're simply unskilled in the latter and we’re going to change that.

No, and here's why: I've found that the application process itself—where you share your story and what you're hoping to achieve—gives us both clarity on whether we're a good fit. My limited availability goes directly to committed clients ready to dive in. If you've found me through a referral, my book, social media, or newsletter, you likely already have a sense of my approach and whether it resonates with you. Trust your gut—if something about my work speaks to you, let's start there.
I appreciate you wanting to make sure we're a good fit—that's wise. Here's what I've found works best: this work requires commitment and momentum to create real change. If you're not quite ready to dive in yet, I'd encourage you to subscribe to my newsletter or follow my content on social media. Get to know my approach, see if it resonates with you, and come back when you're ready to fully commit to the process.
If you do feel ready now, I recommend booking 6-12 sessions upfront so we can build real momentum together. The clients who see the biggest transformations are the ones who come ready to do the work—because that's when real change happens.
You're tired of the same patterns, the same pain, the same resigned feeling that maybe this is just how it is.
It's not. But you can't think your way out of this. You need support.
Join the counselling waitlist and let's start the work of rebuilding what you've lost—and creating what you've always wanted.
Note: Counselling is only available to BC residents. If you're located elsewhere, explore my coaching services for global support.
