  • 50-minute weekly or bi-weekly sessions for individuals with relationship issues (investment: $500)
  • Virtual (video) sessions

  • 100-minutes weekly or bi-weekly counselling sessions for couples (investment: $1,000)

  • Extended 6 hour couples sessions held over one day or for 12 hours over two days

We don't just work on communication skills (though you'll get those).

We work on understanding why you communicate the way you do and then find more skillful ways to replace your ineffective communication.

Your attachment style and your partner's—and how they collide

The childhood wounds and family patterns you're unconsciously recreating

The triggers that send you into fight/flight/freeze/fawn responses

The protective armour you put on to avoid rejection, loneliness, and shame

The core needs driving your behavior (they're not what you think)

The intergenerational trauma you're passing to your children (and how to stop)

Complete the waitlist form. My team will reach out when space opens (typically 2-3 months, may be longer during busy seasons).

Begin Sessions

After completing intake and consent paperwork, we'll schedule 6-12 sessions, depending on your presenting concerns. The first session includes a relationship assessment.

Ongoing Work

Regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions where we dive deep into healing, building skills, and creating lasting change.

Session length and freq​​uency:

50-minutes for individual sessions and 100-minutes (1 hour 40 minutes) for couples sessions, weekly or bi-weekly. 

Insurance coverage:

All major insurance providers in BC covers psychological services with a Registered Psychologist. Please check your extended health provider for specific coverage per session and total coverage for psychological services.

Mode of service delivery:

All sessions are delivered online.

Do you offer free consultations?

No, and here's why: I've found that the application process itself—where you share your story and what you're hoping to achieve—gives us both clarity on whether we're a good fit. My limited availability goes directly to committed clients ready to dive in. If you've found me through a referral, my book, social media, or newsletter, you likely already have a sense of my approach and whether it resonates with you. Trust your gut—if something about my work speaks to you, let's start there.

Can I just book one session to determine if I want to continue our work?

I appreciate you wanting to make sure we're a good fit—that's wise. Here's what I've found works best: this work requires commitment and momentum to create real change. If you're not quite ready to dive in yet, I'd encourage you to subscribe to my newsletter or follow my content on social media. Get to know my approach, see if it resonates with you, and come back when you're ready to fully commit to the process.

If you do feel ready now, I recommend booking 6-12 sessions upfront so we can build real momentum together. The clients who see the biggest transformations are the ones who come ready to do the work—because that's when real change happens.
